Laboratory IN FOAL, INC. a division of Winners Circle Equine Clinic, Inc. that is involved with the application of new innovative procedures in equine reproduction. We have built a state of the art laboratory equipped with an inverted microscope with micromanipulators in a clean room with air and dust control. The outer room of the laboratory contains a laminar flow hood, CO2 incubators, dissecting microscope, autoclave as well as cabinet and counter space. The palpation area has been enclosed and equipped for a surgical suite to perform oocyte transfer surgery. Some of the advanced procedures we now perform include oocyte transfer, embryo culture, intracytoplasmic sperm injection in addition to embryo transfer. |
